Zombies

a*desk (barcelona), 2011

The figure of the zombie has re-emerged in recent years. From various cultural manifestations different analogies have been created about it and, moreover, it has become an element of fun and mass consumption rather than something negative. At different times in history, fiction has reflected fears of our society, especially the horror imaginary (e.g. the Cold War and the fear of alien invasion). Zombies part of the cultural construction of the undead to discuss the mechanism of fiction and its implications in the current context.
